Speed to Enhance Performance Academy's LACROSSE speed and agility program is designed for youth and high school players looking to take their skills to the next level.  We offer the lacrosse athlete Sport Specific Personal training or sports performance Small Group Training sessions.  The program is an intense workout of speed, agility, and strenght to maximize the development of each athlete's specialization.  Our highly trained speed coaches will push you to be your very best! All ages and skill levels are welcome.
